Thank you very much to the senior manager who, despite the fact that the hotel is fully booked, found the opportunity to change the room we did not like. Thanks to this, we have had an exceptionally positive experience... 1) Wonderful pool. I especially liked the red slide with internal lighting, which works even in cold seasons, and it is possible to ride with a small child, because you drive very slowly. It's a big children's area, ours was just hanging out there... 2) Breakfast is very good for Switzerland, but there are no porridges and a large line of "custom-made" eggs. But there are berchermusli and fruit, butter from the local farm. Children's table area is included in the price from morning to evening. Sometimes there's even a normal meal besides nuggets. And in the evenings, chocolate fondue, pizza and other things that I would love to eat myself))) try in the morning for free Swiss drink Raviola from whey, like Pinocchio, interesting). 3) the main thing is of course the place. Fabulous views, especially from the walking area by the cliff. . 4) many playgrounds, farm, kindergarten is included in the price (we did not take). Children certainly will not be bored... I think that the combination of price / quality of this place is very good. I want to go back in the winter and teach my daughter to ski here.
1) Classic Numbers (not him on the photo) are very small, not chic at all, more like tired ... 2) in the morning at a free breakfast the waiters are directly very friendly and cute, and in the day and evening, despite the fact that the a la carte waiters are not cute at all, and food has always had to wait very long. It's weird. Tip: Take your child with you because the local bathrobes are synthetic and very unpleasant to the touch. Adults are normal. Lingerie is normal.

Amiable personnel is especially at breakfast and at the reception desk. The venue has stunning and incredible location to regular Swiss supermarkets. The property has a shuttle to ski areas and it's also so close to the Panorama restaurant and indoor water park and Fronalpstock.

I was offered a room with magnificent views of the Alps and the lake. The location was amazing and perfect for exploring this green area, with a short walk to the stunning Stoos and indoor water park. I really enjoyed the traditional restaurant, serving excellent cuisine.

Swimming pool Electric go-karting (only thing cheaper than in the UK!) Varied breakfast buffet Family friendly Round trip to Lucerne across the lake by boat and back by train wifi
The room décor was dated although they are updating 30 rooms per year Cost of parking (CHF 9 for residents, CHF 13 if you didn't take your ticket to reception) The restaurants were Ok but nothing special

-1- booking for 2 room "double comfort" but get 2 different rooms model and size. -2- same room price for a double single bedroom equipped with shower than a room with sofa corner and bath. -3- no fridge, no coffee maker in the room -4- surprise to see service team opening door of the room without knocking it before and do not say sorry for disturbing even do we are neck it. -5- borrow water boiler, hotel wanted to invoice this service 50 CHF -6- decoration and furniture need to be refresh -7- far from lake and others facilities (restaurant, shop,..).

Facilities were good ...but was all priced in the apt rent...!
Got surprised to hear that they charge extra for the towels, bed linens, shower gel/shampoo...etc, which was not mentioned in the conditions. Nevertheless after much of arguments it was all provided. But it was annoying and disappointed to see that there were no towels in the bathroom,no bed linens on the bed after a long tiring journey. Even though they charged for the final cleaning, a day before the check-out date there was a note at the door step regarding what needs to be cleaned and arranged...etc. It was definitely not worth the money spent.....!!

The location here is amazing, really close to the gorgeous Stoos and a pizzeria on the main road 🍕. Plus, you can find a nice pizza restaurant nearby.

Beatiful area. Good swimming pool.
I was very disappointed with the lack of what I consider to be very basic for hotels to provide, such as towels, soap, beds already made. I also thought the costs for on-site activities were very over priced.

My 4 year old loved the water park, it was designed just for his age. We had tons of fun.
Would have preferred the cost would be lower. I'd like to go again and don't know if we can afford it.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
